Del Condominium Rentals Inc. follows a stringent procedure for tenant
qualification. This process includes the utilization of Equifax, Beacon
and Safe scan for credit approvals, verification of employment and
all personal references, as well as communication with previous landlords
and financial institutions.
Lease Administration
We oversee all aspects of lease administration from the initial
lease preparation, ensuring timely receipt of revenues, to renewals
and terminations. We ensure that you benefit from your entitled rent
increases in accordance with governing legislation. We can also negotiate
additional year-term renewals on your behalf.
We protect your investment through the use of specialized
contractual agreements with tenants that reinforce aspects of the
Tenant Protection Act and Condominium Act and are in compliance with
Condominium Corporations’ legal
requirements including specific covenants regarding the use
of common areas.
This portion of our service includes any and all processes involved
in collection of rent revenues up to and including administration of
legal situations on behalf of the owner, if necessary.
