Management of Monthly Revenue Collection Property Management Services We manage and coordinate payment of all operations-related costs on behalf of the owner. Operating expenses can include suite preparation for the tenant, repairs, lease renewal costs and advertising expenses. We also offer a common Expense Payment Program for owners of registered condominiums. We will ensure that the Common Expense Fees for the home are paid on behalf of the owner each month from the gross rental revenue. Repair Management and Home Preparation Our team of specialized maintenance representatives oversees all repairs and installations required for the suite during the course of a lease and prior to re-leasing upon turnover of a property. We also ensure that deficiencies within the home covered by the Tarion and other warranties are dealt with prior to expiration. Our maintenance team verifies the exact nature, necessity and cost of repairs prior to commissioning trades to ensure that we maintain cost effective measures in the upkeep of your investment. |
