One thing worth being blunt about: we do not do short-term rentals.

Del Condominium Rentals is long-term only. Unfurnished suites, one-year minimum lease, tenants placed and screened for the long haul. We don't do furnished stays, monthly stays, or nightly stays, and we don't manage a unit as a short-term rental on an owner's behalf.

Short-term and furnished is DelSuites. If you want a furnished place to stay for 30+ nights, or you're relocating and need somewhere for a few months, that's them, not us. Different company, different team, different phone number.
